Choose your own adventure
Classic gamebooks ask you to turn to page 47. Here, every choice plays out as a ten-second video with sound, and the last frame of that video becomes the next scene you choose from.
Each scene marks up to three details in the frame, such as a door, a stranger or a strange object, with suggested actions for each. Pick one, or write your own. The next video continues from exactly where the last one ended, so the world stays continuous no matter how far you follow it.
Choices you make are saved as paths. Going back and taking another turn creates a new branch next to the old one, and replaying a path you already made costs nothing. A world becomes a map of everything that could have happened.
Describe an opening in words, upload a photograph, or upload a short video and continue from its final frame. Cartoon, anime, clay and photorealistic styles are all respected when you name them.
A different world every time
Real public worlds with saved paths. Watching them is free and needs no account.
It shares the idea of an open-ended story that responds to your choices, but the story is told in video rather than text. Each choice produces a ten-second clip with audio instead of a paragraph.
Yes. Every scene offers suggested actions for the details it marks, and you can always describe your own continuation instead.
Exploring saved worlds is free. Creating costs $0.50 per new scene: one credit for an opening image and one for each new ten-second branch video. Wallet top-ups start at $10, credits do not expire, and there is no subscription.
Worlds are private by default. Make one public and anyone can explore its saved paths for free, and signed-in visitors can add new branches using their own credits.
